We are looking for a Zonal Manager/Sales Manager to covering J&K, Himachal, Punjab, UP, Delhi NCR, Haryana and Uttaranchal. This position will be based at New Delhi and will report to the Head of Market area North Plan and implement dealer development, sales and account management activities, marketing events for focused customers with the objective of being a primary commercial interface with customers and dealers within the defined business plan and budgets and within defined zone.
Experience: 15 - 20 years
Education: B. Tech or relevant
- Promote new products to dealer / customers in the zone to meet sales targets.
- Define and Coordinate marketing and promotional activities such as customer meets, road shows, customer visits to overseas job sites, demo locations & factories, collect market feedback, develop and implement corrective action plans in order to enhance image with respect to target audience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity - regional sales volume, upcoming projects etc. and report to Business Head North for review of company plans in order to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Allocate finalized sales targets to dealers, monitor sales performance, provide support to resolve issues, plan and implement activities for direct sales with identified accounts, Coordinate customer service agreements in order to support the dealer in increasing sales.
- Visit customer site, identify areas of concern, Coordinate with Aftermarket and Customer Solution and dealer teams to resolve issues in order to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Execute key customer strategies for the all application segments except mining in order to ensure high degree of repeat business and continuity of business.
- Coordinate / conduct Sales Training for Dealerships
- Lead from the front & build rapport with all stake holders including Dealers & customers
- Responsible for Market share, Participation rate, gross margins, price realization in a defined zone.
- Responsible for key customers retention, satisfaction and ensuring long term business relationship.
