What you will do

Arrow Truck Sales, Inc. is North America’s leading source for used heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee used truck inventory and ensure all units are retail-ready for sale. This role is responsible for overall inventory control at the branch and plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a positive customer experience.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the check-in process for all incoming inventory to ensure compliance with trade terms and identify reconditioning needs
  • Oversee all aspects of inventory reconditioning, including performing minor repairs and coordinating vendor repairs as necessary
  • Maintain inventory in clean, merchandised, and ready-to-start condition
  • Partner with management to ensure sold units are delivered to customers as promised
  • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies or related issues
  • Maintain dealership grounds, including trash removal and minor building maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for inventory control and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • CDL license
  • Experience in inventory control, equipment management, or dealership operations preferred

For this position, the base pay is set at $26 - $30/hour, and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
