What you will do
The Retail Sales Consultant plays a critical role in expanding Arrow's customer base, maintaining strong relationships with long-term clients, and providing expert guidance on equipment selection and industry solutions.
Responsibilities
- Call on prospective customers and accounts within assigned territory
- Conduct inside sales activities, including phone calls, follow-ups on leads, and assisting walk-in customers
- Make outside sales calls to prospective customers
- Manage Arrow’s sales and operations processes to maximize sales and profitability
- Establish and maintain an up-to-date database of Arrow’s long-time customers and prospects
- Market themselves and generate leads through social media and other digital platforms
- Meet sales goals and objectives as set forth by Arrow management
- Continuously learn and maintain knowledge of industry equipment technology, products, and market trends
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck industry and sales experience preferred
- Proven success in lead generation, including social media and digital channels
- Skilled in social selling and relationship-building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
