We collaborate with various functions within Volvo CE and the Volvo Group where Retail Operations in Norway playing a key role in our efforts. 

 

Role description 

As the Head of Site Solutions for the Norwegian market, you will lead and develop Volvo CE's site solution business. This role includes P&L responsibility and encompasses Consultancy, Training, Digital Services, and Pay-for-use (Equipment as a Service) concepts within the solutions portfolio. Your leadership will be crucial in growing a high-performing team that works collaboratively towards shared goals. Your key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Drive sales of site solutions that are essential for our financial success on the transformation journey, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. 
  • Spearhead the development of innovative site solutions in a construction market ready for transformation, focusing on overcoming stagnant productivity and low digitization. 
  • Enable customers to manage carbon footprints, reduce production costs, and lower financial risks, enhancing overall value at construction sites. 
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet site solution business results and growth targets. 
  • Build and lead a team that performs according to set business targets. 
  • Provide leadership to achieve high employee engagement and a high-performance culture to build organizational capabilities. 
  • Manage relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing value-adding site solutions.
