Jouw takenpakket:

  • Invoeren en updaten van gegevens in het Co-pilot systeem, met bijzondere aandacht voor opmerkingen en leveringsdata.
  • Controleren, sorteren en triëren van controlekaarten op juistheid en volledigheid.
  • Signaleren van eventuele fouten of onregelmatigheden en deze opvolgen waar nodig.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte administratie binnen een dynamisch team.

  • Ervaring met administratieve processen is een plus.
  • Goede computervaardigheden, kennis van Co-pilot is een troef.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding maar ook een teamspeler.
  • Bereidheid om in een dagregime te werken.
