What you will do
At Volvo Group you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
- Analyse business processes, operational performance, and incidents to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions and prioritized change requests.
- Support the implementation of new applications, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead or support projects that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by combining business understanding, analytical skills, and technology expertise.

Volvo Action Service is a 24/7 operation and our department is spread over three European sites – Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania), as well as our team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Who are you?

- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving business processes, analytics, systems, or digital transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and improvements.
- Extensive knowledge of Qlik and Power BI
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
