Introductie
Service Operation & Technology, een onbekend begrip voor velen, maar een betekenisvolle dienst bij Volvo Group. Zo kijken we niet alleen met trots naar onze fabriek, maar ook naar ons magazijn dat sinds lange tijd een onderdeel maakt van onze Gentse site. Het grootste centrale distributiecentrum is bij ons gevestigd en bevat alle onderdelen van trucks, bussen, constructiematerialen en industriële – en marine motoren. Succesvol zijn en blijven? Daar geloven wij in! Zo hebben we naast een opslagfunctie, ook heel wat nevenactiviteiten waarbij de focus ligt op leveringsprecisie, service en efficiëntie

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en divers operationeel team van 20 collega's waar service, kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan. Samenwerking binnen het team en met de collega teams van andere afdelingen en met externe partners is essentieel om onze doelen te bereiken. Klantentevredenheid staat bij ons heel hoog in het vaandel, net zoals het continu streven naar verbeteringen.
Jouw Ideale job:
- •Binnen deze positie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van transportdocumenten zodat de trailers tijdig kunnen vertrekken.
- •Hierbij ontvang je chauffeurs aan het loket, en zorg je ervoor dat de chauffeurs de juiste documenten ontvangen.
- •Daarnaast verzorg je de administratieve ondersteuning van de teams (order input, exportdocumenten,...).
- •je zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking van productiegegevens opdat lijnverantwoordelijken op tijd en juist geïnformeerd worden

Bijna overtuigd?
Dit is een tijdelijke opdracht om de vakantieperiode te overbruggen. We zoeken iemand om te starten Juni tem eind september.
Wil je graag proeven van hoe Volvo Group werkt op vlak van logistiek, dan is deze functie voor jou. Daarnaast kan je uiteraard ook proeven van onze Zweedse balletjes in ons restaurant (andere maaltijden zijn zeker ook mogelijk)..
