We are a 24/7 operation and our department is spread over three European sites – Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania), as well as our team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Everyone shares a passion for giving the customer the best experience possible and solving any problems that might arise.
This is the job
As Customer Support Manager you are a real people manager and have good communication and coaching skills.
- You enjoy having close connections with your team members, a team of around 17 people, and colleagues and can build an informal, fun and motivating team atmosphere. By creating an environment of openness and trust, you provide a safe place to share ideas and encourage feedback.
- You are able to create engagement and can encourage people to take the lead.
- You are able to multitask and can lead with passion, perform with purpose and dare to try new ways. In support of vehicle uptime, you will cooperate closely with your market to secure the best customer experience.
