Ons douaneteam vormt een cruciale schakel in de internationale logistieke keten. Wij zorgen ervoor dat elk onderdeel en elk voertuig correct en tijdig de grenzen passeert. Jouw ideale job?
In deze rol supporteer je het team in het administratieve proces rond douaneaangiftes en de opvolging van internationale zendingen.
Jouw taken omvatten:
- Voorbereiden en indienen van douaneaangiftes, zodat goederen correct en tijdig ingevoerd of uitgevoerd worden.
- Controleren van documenten en certificaten (facturen, transportinformatie, oorsprongsbewijzen) om te garanderen dat alles conform de wetgeving verloopt.
- Opvolgen van zendingen en communiceren met transporteurs, expediteurs en interne afdelingen voor een efficiënte doorstroming.
- Beheren van dossiers en administratie in voorraadbeheer- en douanesystemen.
- Behandelen van afwijkingen, probleemdossiers en vragen van autoriteiten.
Zijn wij de perfect match?
- Ervaring in een administratieve job; kennis of ervaring in douane is een sterk pluspunt.
- Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail: correct en foutloos werken met gegevens uit supplier invoices en systemen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
- Efficiëntie in dataverwerking en het vermogen om grote hoeveelheden informatie zorgvuldig te verwerken
- Digitale vaardigheden: je kan vlot met pc werken, ervaring met een ERP pakket is een voordeel
