Wat ga je doen? 

Als Supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een productieafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, processen en resultaten op een vlotte manier samenkomen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: 

• coachen en begeleiden van je team op de werkvloer
• bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, ergonomie en milieu
• opvolgen van productieplanningen en operationele KPI’s
• stimuleren van samenwerking, betrokkenheid en continue verbetering
• vertalen van doelstellingen naar duidelijke acties op de vloer
• Het nemen van beslissingen in een dynamische en veranderende omgeving 

Je werkt dicht bij je mensen, maar behoudt tegelijk het overzicht. Je combineert empathie met duidelijkheid, en je weet wanneer je moet ondersteunen, bijsturen of grenzen stellen. 

Wat maakt jou de ideale Future Leader? 

Wij zoeken iemand die niet alleen denkt, maar ook doet. Iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, maar tegelijk open en leergierig is.

Jij herkent jezelf in dit profiel: 

• je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische of ingenieursrichting
• je hebt een eerste leidinggevende ervaring, bijvoorbeeld via jeugdbeweging, sportclub, studentenorganisatie, vrijwilligerswerk of een andere context buiten je studie
• je bent analytisch sterk en kunt vlot verbanden leggen tussen cijfers, processen en mensen
• je bent hands-on, nuchter en pragmatisch
• je voelt je goed in een operationele omgeving waar verandering dagelijkse realiteit is
• je communiceert helder en respectvol, in zowel Nederlands als Engels
• je hebt de maturiteit om mensen aan te sturen, maar ook het potentieel om verder te groeien als leider
• je hebt zin om je carrière stap voor stap op te bouwen, met de juiste begeleiding en verantwoordelijkheid
