Introductie

De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren bijna 3000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Wij geloven dan ook steevast in de filosofie van Lean Manufacturing, waarbij aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het milieu onze top prioriteit zijn. Onze site vandaag kent heel wat verschillende afdelingen, maar een ding hebben we allemaal gemeenschappelijk: passie voor wat we doen.

Help jij ons bij het draaiende houden van onze site? Je komt terecht in een team van een 50-tal techniekers, waar autonomie, zelfstandigheid en ownership nemen centraal staat. Je krijgt dus de vrijheid om jouw job onder handen te nemen op jouw manier. Natuurlijk zorgen wij voor de nodige begeleiding. Zo krijg je de nodige aansturing van 2 werkleiders die samen met jou en jouw team zorgen voor de optimale werking van onze productie- en magazijninstallaties. Challenge accepted?

Hou jij van zelfstandig werken en ben je bovendien de gesteld op een goed 'geoliëde machine'? Steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en werk je graag probleemoplossend?

Wij zorgen alvast voor een uitdagend takenpakket:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor preventief en curatief onderhoud  aan de productie-installaties en magazijninstallaties om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen. 
• Je lost problemen op, op vlak van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica, hydraulica, sturing van machines etc. 
• Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en werkt verbetervoorstellen uit.
• ?Je staat in voor de nodige administratie zoals het registreren van problemen en hun oplossingen, het maken van instructies.

Zijn wij "the perfect match"?

• een technische opleiding heeft genoten (gelijkwaardig door ervaring) 
• de basiskennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica bezit. Pluspunten zijn kennis en ervaring met PLC; kunnen draaien, frezen en lassen
• zelfstandig het werk kan organiseren en zin heeft voor verantwoordelijkheid. Jij neemt initiatief.
• bereid is in 2 ploegen te werken
