Who are we?

 

Service Operations & Technology (SO&T) is part of Volvo Trucks Technology & Industrial Division (TTI). We have 5300 employees on more than 60 locations world-wide. Our job is to design, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. This includes making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through our warehouse to the dealers, ensuring availability of parts everywhere in the world. We make sure all logistics services are delivered with world class operational excellence.

What you will do

At Volvo Group, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

 

You will:

Coordinate international service operations by managing order flows and export processes to global distribution centers and customers.
Act as a key interface between private importers, sales units, and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and addressed.
Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end processes using data and structured problem-solving tools.
Support digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate across regions and functions to deliver reliable, high-quality service solutions that improve uptime and customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong service orientation
  • Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate tasks in an international environment
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to confidently work with and analyze data
  • Interest in logistics & supply chain
  • Curiosity about digital tools, automation, and process improvement
  • Experience working with data or reporting (e.g. dashboards, KPIs)
