Introduction
Service Market Logistics (SML) is part of Volvo Group Trucks Operations (GTO). We have 5300 employees on more than 60 locations world-wide. Our job is to design, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. This includes making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through our warehouse to the dealers, ensuring availability of parts everywhere in the world. We make sure all logistics services are delivered with world class operational excellence. If you enjoy being in the center of the action, then this may be the right position for you.

You are the spokesperson of the customer within our organization and you represent the SML organization towards our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Control and manage the process of urgent orders
- Control and manage special orders and requirements
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
- Give advice on logistical and commercial solutions or alternatives
- Represent our organization towards the Sales organization and its network via daily operational work, meetings or events
- Occasional but predefined late shift (09:30hrs - 18:00hrs)
