Introductie

De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren bijna 2000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Wij geloven dan ook steevast in de filosofie van Lean Manufacturing, waarbij aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het milieu onze top prioriteit zijn. Onze site vandaag kent heel wat verschillende afdelingen, maar een ding hebben we allemaal gemeenschappelijk: passie voor wat we doen.

Wil je graag weten hoe ons trainincenter werkt? Wil jij bijdragen bij de groei en evolutie van onze huidige en toekomstige medewerkers? Ga samen met ons de uitdaging aan en bekijk hoe wij onze opleidingsmateriaal kunnen optimaliseren. De meeste info is er al, maar deze kan nog wat opfrissing gebruiken. Maak jij er jouw missie van om ervoor te zorgen dat deze up-to-date is en duidelijk voor elke stakeholder? Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor! Je zal nauw samenwerken met onze Trainingscoördinator en communicatie afdeling.

Jouw ideale stage?

• We zijn op zoek naar iemand die ons huidig documentatiemateriaal (brochures, opleidingsplannen, opleidingsboekje, onthaalbrochure, etc.) kan updaten in een mooi en fancy format, uiteraard volgens de Volvo Communicatie richtlijnen, en in een digitale vorm.
• Hierbij heb je de content reeds voor handen, maar is het de bedoeling om dit te herwerken in een professioneel nieuw kader.
• Heb je kennis en ervaring in het maken van video’s, dan zijn er zeker ook mogelijkheden om daar nodige acties op te doen. (bedenken videoscenario, filmen en monteren, etc.)
• De plannen voor de toekomst zijn om een online learning platform op te zetten, een soort ‘trainingflix’ (cfr. Netflix, met keuzeopties om opleidingen te volgen).

• Kennis van Adobe Indesign en Adobe Premiere of andere videobewerkingprogramma’s is mooi meegenomen.
• Je bent enthousiast, nieuwsgierig en creatief.
• Je bent een flexibele teamspeler en legt vlot contact met collega's in uiteenlopende functies.
• •Stilzitten en afwachten is niks voor jou. Je bent hands- on en weet van aanpakken.
• Je denkt graag mee, barst van  goede ideeën en weet deze goed te communiceren.              
• Je bent een sterke story-teller in woord én beeld.
• Je bent  heel taalvaardig, in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Je kan vlot overweg met Office programma's.

Als staigiar binnen het trainingcenter bij Volvo Trucks krijg je een zicht op de werking van de fabriek. Je krijgt de kans om aan nieuwe projecten mee te werken of eigen initiatieven te nemen. Ook mooi meegenomen: tijdens je stage eet je elke middag gratis in ons bedrijfsrestaurant.
