Introductie

Begin de jaren 70 ontstond er nood aan een definitieve en centrale vestigingsplaats voor de Volvo activiteiten. Vele grootsteden werden overwogen, maar de Belgische know-how en de centrale ligging maakten van Gent de ultieme ligging. In 1975 openden we onze eerste fabriek hier, een keuze die ervoor zorgde dat we vandaag de grootste truckassemblage fabriek van Europa hebben, met specialisatie in de zwaardere versies.

Maak jij er jouw missie van om ervoor te zorgen dat deze up-to-date is en duidelijk voor elke stakeholder? Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor! Je zal nauw samenwerken met onze Trainingscoördinator en HR afdeling.
                                                                                                                         
Jouw missie :

• Neem contact op met elke afdeling en vervolledig onze opleidingslijst.
• Bekijk of de genoemde opleidingen ook in ons systeem zitten, zodat iedereen ze kan zien. 
• Evalueer of het aantal deelnemers online wel klopt met de realiteit.
• Bekijk samen met de Trainingscoördinator hoe we onze interne werking kunnen verbeteren.
• Analyseer of de bestaande opleidingsplannen per rol/functie nog actueel zijn.                                   
• Stem af met de verantwoordelijken waar er verbetering nodig is.                                                        
• Help ons bij het uitbouwen van leerpaden voor onze medewerkers binnen onze Volvo Wayz platform

• Stilzitten en afwachten is niks voor jou. Je bent hands- on en weet van aanpakken.
• Bovendien heb je een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
