Introductie
Onze afdeling Productie logistiek ondersteunt de Volvo Groep op het gebied van internationaal en lokaal transport. Daarnaast ondersteunt de afdeling ook de verpakking van inkomende materialen en uitgaande materialen voor transport en opslag van transitmaterialen voor de verschillende fabrieken.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en divers operationeel team van 14 collega's waar service, kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan. Samenwerking binnen het team en met collega-teams uit andere landen en externe partners is essentieel om onze doelen te bereiken. Klanttevredenheid is onze topprioriteit, evenals het voortdurend streven naar verbetering.
Jouw ideale stage?
Hoofddoel: opvolgen en organiseren van het transport van onderdelen van de materiaalleveranciers tot de levering aan de eindklanten en proactief optreden om alles op tijd te leveren en de productie te garanderen.
Jouw takenpakket omvat:
- Klantenservice, je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de afhandeling van alle operationele problemen, gemelde afwijkingen en vragen van de klant.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van spoedtransporten
- Je behandelt transportafwijkingen (late leveringen, gemiste ophalingen, ontbrekende documenten)
- Administratief ondersteun je ook op het vlak van douane en facturatie.

- Je volgt momenteel een hogere opleiding (bv. supply chain management, logistiek management, bedrijfsmanagement...)
- Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid

- Je kan vlot werken met Excel en maakt je nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
- Je bent duidelijk een teamspeler
- Een vlotte kennis van het Engels en het Nederlands
