Wat ga je doen?
Je versterkt ons Finance team en helpt mee met de administratieve flow rond het recupereren van buitenlandse btw. Klinkt misschien niet flashy, maar jouw precisie maakt hier écht het verschil.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt teruggevonden, verwerkt en geregistreerd. Zonder jou? Geen kloppende administratie.
Jouw taken
· Facturen en onkostennota’s opzoeken in het systeem
· Gegevens correct ingeven en up-to-date houden in Excel
· Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en foutloze verwerking
Wie ben jij?
· Je werkt punctueel en nauwkeurig (Excel-foutjes? Niet bij jou 😉)
· Je gaat discreet om met financiële info
· Je kan zelfstandig werken en bewaart het overzicht
· Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels
· Je bent ingeschreven als student en tijdelijk beschikbaar

· Totaal: 140 uur
· Planning: flexibel in te plannen in overleg (dagen en uren bespreekbaar)
· Opstart: korte onboarding zodat je snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan
