In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and coordinate the transport of parts from global suppliers to end customers.
- Act as the go-to expert for operational issues, customer questions, and logistics challenges.
- Organize urgent transport solutions with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve transport deviations like late deliveries or missing documents.
- Oversee customs and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams and borders, working on high-impact projects that keep our production lines moving.
- Monitor and improve the performance of external logistics partners.
This role is based at our Ghent site and requires you to perform administrative tasks across both day and rotating shifts — flexibility is essential.
