What you will do
Transport Products Road Europe is part of the Transport Products Operations organization within Production Logistics, GTO.
Our focus is to deliver trucks, vans, machines and buses in time by maintaining a good relationship with our carriers and Sales colleagues.

You will be part of a dynamic and diverse operational team of 14 colleagues, where service, quality, and precision are at the core of everything we do. Who are you?
Curious on what your key activities will be?

Monitor delivery of finished products to the agreed location and within the contracted timeframe.

Proactively manage deliveries to minimize impact on the customer.

Replan deliveries based on customer urgency (rush).

Analyze short- and mid-term forecasts and share with carriers for planning.

Serve as the main contact for operational questions from customers and suppliers.

Identify recurring issues and escalate as needed.
