What you will do

 

At Transport Operations (Production Logistics) you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

 

Our main goal is to follow up on and organize the transport of parts from the material suppliers to delivery to the end customers and take proactive action to deliver everything in time and guarantee production.

 

You’ll work closely together with our internal receivers at our production factories in Belgium, France and Germany as well as external logistics providers.
You handle transport deviations (late deliveries, missed collections, missing documents), solving the collaboratively between functions.
In terms of administration, you also provide support in terms of customs and invoicing.

You will join a dynamic and diverse operational team of 12 colleagues where service, quality and precision are key. Collaboration within the team and with fellow teams from other countries and external partners is essential to achieve our goals. Essential requirements

  • Strong communication and social skills, confident in day-to-day interactions

Nice to have

  • Experience in transport or material flow coordination

  • Familiarity with analytical and visualisation tools
