Purpose/Description
Implements the funding and record keeping process on new incoming finance contracts.
Core Responsibilities
- Documentation review to assure contracts are legally enforceable and in compliance with company policy regarding representations and warranty endorsements to our funding sources.
- Assesses the adequacy of received documentation relative to conditions and stipulations contained in the loan/lease credit approval.
- Works with customers and Arrow branch personnel to get documentation deficiencies corrected in order to obtain funding.
- Acts as a primary resource for helping to obtain liability and casualty insurance certificates.
- Maintains status report of all pending funding activity.
- Processes requests for loan and lease modifications and direct repair loans and prepares the necessary documents for customer signature when approved.
- Process incoming toll invoices on leases and ensure they are a miscellaneous billable.
- Assists Arrow branch personnel with questions or issues regarding the use of the company’s various software solutions related to the documentation and funding functions of the business.

Skills and Knowledge
- High level proficiency in legal documentation requirements for secured loans and capital leases.
- PC proficient with high level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to learn new disparate systems.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Associates degree in business, banking or finance, or equivalent experience.
- Two years’ experience in the preparation and review of commercial loan/lease documents in a secured lending environment is highly desirable.
