If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Network Development Specialist to strengthen and evolve our dealer and authorised service network. You will combine strategic network planning, business analysis, project coordination and partner relationship management to identify the right locations and partners, support successful openings and ensure consistent performance and compliance across the network.

What you will do

•    Network strategy & planning: develop market maps, action plans and SWOT analyses; monitor dealer performance, vehicle parc, prospects and terminations to support an effective territorial network strategy.
•    Prospect assessment: lead end-to-end evaluations of prospective dealers and workshops, covering ownership, financial position, facilities, team structure, workshop capacity, local customer mix and credit standing.
•    Business potential analysis: assess territory overlap, drive-time coverage, local vehicle parc, labour-hour and parts-revenue potential, start-up costs, market share and aftersales indicators to build robust investment recommendations.
•    Site standards & project delivery: coordinate site inspections, layout and identification projects, supplier production and installation, approvals and installation communications, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
•    Contracts & due diligence: coordinate drafting, signature, registration and digital archiving of dealer, service-point, trademark-licence, indemnity and addendum documentation; support new due-diligence and third-party intermediary processes.
•    Dealer business planning: collect annual targets and internal inputs across new and used vehicles, service contracts, parts and stock, aftersales KPIs and financial indicators; prepare dealer business-plan meetings and follow up on agreed updates.
•    Onboarding & launch: coordinate new appointments, cross-functional activities, progress tracking, start-up support and inauguration activities for new dealers and authorised workshops.
•    Audit & compliance: plan and support network audits, define recovery plans for non-conformities, assign deadlines and monitor corrective actions through to closure.
•    Budget & performance control: prepare annual estimates for network investments, removals and disposals; monitor in-year spending and support incentive-programme budgeting and reward calculations.
•    Engagement & collaboration: animate dealer initiatives, monitor results, coordinate working groups, gather key insights and drive progress through meetings, digital communities and regular communications.
•    Regulatory support: support monthly VIN and SCIP-code declarations and participate in periodic meetings on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in network development, dealer operations, automotive aftersales, retail development, business planning or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial statements, KPIs, market potential and investment cases.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers and contractual workflows with accuracy and ownership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with mapping, CRM, workflow or dealer-management tools is an advantage.
• Professional English and Italian, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, dealer meetings, openings and audits.

How you work

You think strategically while remaining hands-on. You are structured, detail-oriented and comfortable turning complex information into clear recommendations. You build trusted relationships, challenge constructively, communicate with impact and follow actions through to completion. Commercial curiosity, sound judgement, integrity and a genuine passion for developing successful partner networks are essential.

What success looks like

• High-quality prospect assessments and timely go/no-go recommendations.
• New sites launched on schedule and aligned with corporate identity and operating standards.
• Stronger geographic coverage, dealer performance and network sustainability.
• Accurate budgets, disciplined investment tracking and well-managed contractual documentation.
• Audit findings converted into clear, timely and sustainable corrective actions.
• Engaged partners who understand their targets and actively contribute to network initiatives.
