About the Role
We are looking for an Order Planning and Logistics Specialist to support the full order delivery process for new Renault Trucks. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the order lifecycle from down payment to production start
- Update the production program
- Issue invoices, delivery and registration documents needed in accordance with country specific legal rules
- Ensure the transportation of the trucks from the factory/bodybuilder, follows the agreed terms of delivery and informs the sales staff accordingly
- Communicate delivery dates, changes, and delays
- Arrange license plates, insurance, and certificates
- Identify process improvements
- Responsible for purchase and sales contract creation
- Supports the sales representatives with regard to regular reports and documentation
- Supports the Sales manager with regard to monthly and quarterly forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in logistics, order management, sales admin, or supply chain
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Result oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently
- Comfortable handling challenges and proposing solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer focused mindset and clear communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- English communication skills, minimum B2 level required
- Strong Excel skills
