Aftermarket Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Volvo Original parts and service sales for dealership/region.
- Provide after-sales support to customers through phone, email, or in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, warranties, and maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with service, technical, or training teams to ensure customer requirements are resolved promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service or product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback. Yearly update of customer vehicle population (including used/grey market trucks).
- Promoting Volvo service packages and contracts, spare parts, or upgrades when appropriate.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.
- Support the sales team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Securing and maintaining new customers from Volvo used/grey market trucks.
- Collect customer payments in close collaboration with the collection department.
- Securing cash on delivery in coordination with the collection department.
- Participate in collections meetings and monitor the status of payments in the client portfolio.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, after-sales, or support roles is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
