Join Us at Prestons – Parts Sales Representative Opportunity
Our dealership in Prestons currently has an exciting opening for a Parts Sales Representative. In this key customer-facing role, you’ll drive aftersales growth by building strong relationships and promoting our parts and service solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales targets and growing parts sales within your Area of Responsibility
- Visiting and engaging clients to ensure retention and foster new business opportunities
- Promoting parts and service offers to increase market share
- Managing sales transactions, credit returns, customer orders, and purchase orders
- Supporting stock control activities including ordering, stocktaking, and warehousing
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and customer retention programs
- Willingness to be on-call for customers needs as required
Who are you?
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales. Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy truck industry
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel to meet our customers
- A team-oriented and self-motivated approach
