What you will do

 

Are you passionate about customer success, training and capability development? Do you thrive on creating programs that help customers, dealers and drivers perform at their best? 

As the Vehicle Handover (VHO) & Driver Development Manager, you will lead the national strategy for VHO and Driver Development across Volvo, Mack and UD Trucks. 

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and govern national Vehicle Handover standards and processes across all brands. 
  • Drive consistent customer onboarding experiences throughout the dealer network. 
  • Develop training programs, learning pathways and competency frameworks. 
  • Lead and grow Driver Development programs. 
  • Create and manage engaging training content. 
  • Identify opportunities to expand and commercialise training services. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders. 
  • Lead, coach and develop a team.

  • Transport, fleet, automotive or industrial experience highly regarded. 
  • Commercial mindset. 
  • TAE qualification advantageous.
