As the Vehicle Handover (VHO) & Driver Development Manager, you will lead the national strategy for VHO and Driver Development across Volvo, Mack and UD Trucks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and govern national Vehicle Handover standards and processes across all brands.
- Drive consistent customer onboarding experiences throughout the dealer network.
- Develop training programs, learning pathways and competency frameworks.
- Lead and grow Driver Development programs.
- Create and manage engaging training content.
- Identify opportunities to expand and commercialise training services.
- Partner with key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop a team.
