Solicitamos: Analista de reportes técnicos y estadísticas.
Objetivo de la posición: Asesorar y asegurar que los talleres Integrados (WSI´s), realicen y entreguen los reportes técnicos acordados con los clientes en términos de Rescate Carretero y así como Reportes especiales que involucren estadísticas y planes de accion (Calidad de los trabajos, garantías y campañas).
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingenieria Mecánica, o afín.
- Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años en Areas de Servicio y atención al cliente, Operatividad en la Industria Automotriz Talleres de Mantenimiento de equipo pesado, elaboración ejecutiva de reportes y estadísticas.
- Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.
Actividades:
- Realizar reportes técnicos en las bases asignadas
- Dar soporte técnico y administrativo para la elaboración de los reportes
- Elaborar estadísticas para dar seguimiento a los planes de acción y poder crear acciones preventivas y correctivas.
- Elaboración de reportes técnicos solicitados por el cliente.
- Dar seguimiento de ejecución de campañas internas
- Vigilar a través de telemática y Volvo Connect los diversos códigos de falla y/o desempeño de las unidades, principalmente a aquellas que las estadísticas de desempeño y/o frecuencia de fallas, necesiten de un seguimiento puntual.
- Elaborar reportes y estadísticos que sirvan para dar información a Ingeniería del Producto en planta para posibles mejoras del producto
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los planes de acción.
- Trabajar coordinado con el área de soporte remoto y vigilar el correcto soporte de esta área.
- Dar seguimiento a la satisfacción del cliente con el servicio.
