Main Mission and Responsibilities:
Mission: Driving the commercial success of Volvo's telematics solutions for trucks and buses by leading the development and implementation of innovative connectivity products, enhancing customer satisfaction, and significantly boosting sales growth.
Context of the Role: In this role, you will lead the charge in integrating advanced telematics technologies, working closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver top-tier connectivity solutions that meet market demands and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the administration of telematics systems and applications to ensure optimal performance, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
- Developing and executing test plans and pilot projects to tailor applications to market needs, ensuring commercial viability and attractiveness.
- Advising and training internal and external clients on connectivity applications to maximize service adoption, driving sales and customer loyalty.
- Managing key performance indicators to identify and implement corrective actions, improving commercial outcomes and achieving sales targets.

Essential Requirements:

Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in managing telematics systems and applications.
- Strong understanding of connectivity technologies and their applications in the transportation industry.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably within the automotive or transportation sectors.

- Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
