What you will do

At Volvo Trucks Chile, you will lead the Administration and Finance function, ensuring strong financial performance, governance, and business support aligned with Volvo Group standards and local requirements. 

You will: 

  • Lead the company’s financial planning, reporting, and administration processes, ensuring sound management of assets, liabilities, and business performance.
  • Define and report the Business Plan and Estimates, supporting strategic decision-making and alignment with regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and Volvo Group financial principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee Accounting, Control, Information Technology, Sales Support, Legal and Purchasing, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and strong governance across support functions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and integrated management systems required by Volvo Chile.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support sustainable growth.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • This role requires a combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to support business performance and long-term success. 

Your future team

You will report directly to the General Manager and be part of the Volvo Trucks Chile leadership team, working closely with key stakeholders across the business and support functions. 

This is an on-site position based in Santiago, Chile, offering high visibility and strategic impact within the Volvo Group. 

Who are you?

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented leader with strong financial acumen and the ability to influence decisions and drive operational excellence. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Solid experience in finance, administration, accounting, and business support functions, ideally in leadership roles. 
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, business control, accounting, governance, and compliance. 
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and partnering with senior stakeholders. 
• Ability to oversee support areas such as Sale Support, Legal, IT, Purchasing, BI and quality-related processes. 
• Advanced English skills. 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
