What you will do

At Volvo Chile you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will: 

  • Lead and co-develop People Management initiatives aligned with business objectives and local labor regulations, ensuring a consistent and people-centered approach across all units.
  • Design and implement talent attraction strategies that reflect our commitment to diversity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive onboarding and training programs, creating a smooth, positive integration experience aligned with our organizational culture.
  • Advise leaders on talent review and development planning processes, fostering professional growth, retention, and internal succession.
  • Monitor and analyze key People Management indicators, proposing data-driven continuous improvement actions.
  • Manage training and recruitment budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion projects, promoting a more equitable organizational culture with equal opportunities for all talents.

Collaborate closely with business leaders, external consultants, and the People Management team, playing a key role in building a high-performing and future-oriented work environment.

Who are you?

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring: 

  • professional degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the Human Resources area
  • Practical knowledge of recruitment, training, and organizational development processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and AI technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors
  • Intermediate to advanced English skills (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to business leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and propose action plans.
  • Previous experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion projects (Desirable).
