What you will do
Renault Trucks International is a Sales Area responsible for all international markets outside Europe. We are present in more than 60 countries, divided into two market companies: Algeria and Turkey, and two hubs: Africa LAPAC and Greater Middle East (GME). Within the Africa & LAPAC organization, we are currently looking for Commercial Aftersales Manager for Latin America who will contribute to our ambitions to become a true customer company.
You will report to the LAPAC Market Director, and be part of the Aftermarket Management Team, in close contact with Aftermarket of Sales Region International. You will be based in Quilicura, Chile.
You will join the Latin America & Asia Pacific (LAPAC) Business Team, and closely collaborating with the Aftermarket Management Team for Africa LAPAC Regions and Central teams. You will work in a multicultural and diverse environment, interacting with various stakeholders, including importers, strategic clients, central Renault Trucks functions, and business team members.
1. Sales Development and Profitability Optimization
- Define and drive sales targets to maximize volumes, margins, and product mix.
- Develop a commercial and pricing policy tailored to the specific needs of local markets.
- Create customized offers and actively monitor the competition to anticipate customer needs.
2. Commercial Support, Client and Partner Management
- Train and support importers' teams on tools and sales strategies to structure their commercial approach.
- Develop specific action plans to structure and optimize their performance and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Support promotional campaigns, manage tenders, and foster loyalty among key customers.
- Directly manage commercial relationships with strategic clients, offering personalized support and resolving commercial and logistical issues.
- Identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities to increase sales.
3. Logistics Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure optimal parts availability.
- Coordinate orders, billing, and logistical flows, including customs-related matters.
- Support dealers in managing stock levels and reducing unsold inventory.
- Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in spare parts sales per active vehicle.
- Increase in net margin.
- Service contracts penetration.
- Improved spare parts availability (local stock and logistical flows).
- Enhanced customer satisfaction.
Who are you?
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. French would be a plus.
- You have demonstrated strong skills in project management, commercial strategy development, and cross-functional coordination.
- You excel in complex, multicultural environments and know how to build lasting relationships.
- You have an analytical mindset and are proficient with data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making.
- You are autonomous, proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable, with a knack for problem-solving in challenging environments.
