You will be responsible for New Trucks Sales across Latin America, with a particular focus on the Chilean market, driving market development, strengthening the brand’s positioning and image, creating customer value through competitive transport solutions, and securing sustainable short- and long-term business results.

 

Sales Development & Market Performance : 
-    Lead and coordinate the regional new trucks sales strategy, including product definition, pricing, production, logistics and sales priorities. 
-    Support and challenge importers in achieving their new trucks targets 
-    Develop commercial strategies to support profitable and sustainable growth.
-    Identify and capitalize on untapped business opportunities to increase sales and improve customer value
-    Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to strengthen Renault Trucks’ positioning and commercial performance. 


Commercial Support, Client & Partner Management
-    Build strong relationships with importers and strategic customers to develop our business 
-    Support importers in structuring and executing their new trucks sales plans. 
-    Coordinate monthly Business Review Meetings with importers to review performance, identify risks and define corrective actions. 
-    Contribute to market visions, strategies and business plans, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and local market realities.  


Brand Development & Customer Experience
-    Coordinate marketing and communication activities to develop brand awareness and improve the customer experience.
-    Promote competitive transport solutions that create value for customers and support Renault Trucks’ image in the region. 
-    Anticipate and help resolve commercial, operational or logistical issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

Your Work Environment
You will join the Latin America & Asia Pacific (LAPAC) Business Team, reporting directly to the LAPAC Market Director. You will work closely with importers, strategic customers, central Renault Trucks functions and business team members.
You will act as the link between corporate strategy and local market execution, ensuring that Renault Trucks’ new trucks sales strategy is effectively deployed across Latin America. Your role will be both strategic and operational, requiring strong autonomy, commercial drive and the ability to propose concrete solutions in complex and multicultural environments.


Who are you?
-    You have more than 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in an international environment. 
-    You have a good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and retail sales environment. 
-    You are fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. French would be a plus. 
-    Experience in a Spanish-speaking market would be an advantage. 
-    You are highly target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility. 
-    You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. 
-    You operate with professionalism, integrity, confidence and reliability
