Starting Salary: £25,857 per annum
Earning Potential: Up to £26,357 per annum upon achieving bonus targets
Location : Rugby
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (39 hours per week), with one Saturday shift every 8 weeks
GTO, Logistics Services, Volvo Group Logistics, is now looking for Warehouse Operatives for the Support Distribution Centre in Rugby.

What will you do?
- Unloading inbound delivery vehicles safely and checking products against delivery notes.
- Quality-checking products and putting them away in the correct storage locations, ensuring accurate system updates.
- Releasing orders from the operating systems and preparing them for picking in line with established and improved procedures.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Conducting spot and cyclic stock checks in line with current or updated procedures.
- Managing incoming returns and processing them accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area, including ensuring all protective covers are in place and waste is disposed of according to procedures.
- Operating mechanical handling equipment safely and in accordance with policies, reporting any defects or hazards.
- Managing stock moves and extractions to ensure proper stock management across all business areas.
- Supporting health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Actively contributing to business targets and goals, participating in new working practices, reconfiguring layouts, and using equipment more efficiently to boost performance.
- Participating in employee review processes and proactively contributing to team meetings.
- Taking remedial action on quality issues and collaborating with teams to prevent future quality concerns.
