Primary Purpose 
Primary responsibility will be supporting the Part Distribution Manager in cleaning and organization of the warehouse.
 

Major Responsibilities
•    Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, polishing, and sanitizing 
•    Maintaining equipment: Ensuring that cleaning equipment is clean and stored safely, and reporting any faults to the site manager 
•    Maintaining the facility: Ensuring that the warehouse, aisles and docks, are clean and meet housekeeping standards 
•    Following procedures: Following company procedures and health and safety regulations 
•    Removal of trash and recyclables to outside containers.
•    Light maintenance work, changing tires, fuses and other small shop repairs
•    Participating in emergency response: Participating in emergency response, fire, and first aid teams as needed 

 

Skills/Knowledge Required
•    Excellent interpersonal skills. 
•    Excellent verbal communication skills.
•    Strong planning, change management and organizational skills.
•    Demonstrate ability to solve problems and achieve results 
•    High degree of initiative, team building and dedication to effective positive change. 

 

Education and Experience
•    High School Diploma or GED required. 
•    Minimum two years of warehouse job-related experience required.
