About the Team

Within Renault Trucks headquarters, you will report to the Controlling & Planning VP and join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values transparency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in steering the financial performance of Renault Trucks and managing operational expenses.

You will act as a true business partner on 2 main pillars (an operational one and a strategic business support one):

  • On the operational side, you will work closely with business teams to provide actionable insights and steer performance.
  • At top-management level, you will collaborate directly with the leadership teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making and drive improvement actions.
  • Building and validating robust business case assumptions to support decisions.
  • Participating in operating expenses target setting and financial estimate processes.
  • Coordinating budget and reporting for hosted functions and business.
  • Managing capital expenditures budget and follow-up for legal entity.
  • Acting as key user for HQ-related systems and tools.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
     

 

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business controlling, external or internal audit.
  • High proficiency both in French & English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
