You'll work as part of the Digital & IT CIO, a committed, caring team, in an international and multicultural environment, and contribute to our cybersecurity and business continuity journey

 

1.    Mission and context

 

The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) acts as a strategic information security advisor aligning RENAULT TRUCKS security practices with the Group’s processes. The BISO supports business continuity and adjusts compliance requirements to address the specific needs and challenges of the Business Area.
The BISO facilitates communication between RENAULT TRUCKS CIO, its markets and dealers, as well as Group cybersecurity functions, providing relevant information/feedback and vice versa.
The BISO reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity within the Digital & IT CIO 

 

2.    Key Responsibilities

 

Cybersecurity :
Drive creation, live testing and improvement of RENAULT TRUCKS Cyber-Response Plan
Support identification, remediation and reporting of Information Security risks and incidents 
Drive Security Awareness, Training and Reporting 
Support rollout of Cyber Security Requirements for Private Dealers
Handle escalations from business and support in incident response

Business Continuity :
Ensure good dialogue with RENAULT TRUCKS local Digital & IT Teams in markets
Act as a single point of contact for Dealer Support Center
Handle escalations and reporting related to Quality of Service
Drive creation, live testing and improvement of RENAULT TRUCKS Business Continuity Plan 
Lead planning and preparation of remote Community Events


Who are you?

  • 5 years' higher education or equivalent.
  • Fluent in French and English (daily use)
  • Rigorous, organized, team player
  • Cybersecurity knowledge (certification is a plus, otherwise good cybersecurity culture and experience & understanding of standards & best practices (i.e. ISO 27001, NIS2…)
  • Entry-level knowledge of IT (infrastructure, End-User Services, Network, Cryptography)
  • At least 5 years experience in IT and in international Stakeholder Management 
  • Good understanding of Renault Trucks business strategy, processes and organization 
  • Business acumen and experience in Business Continuity, Quality and Business Support
