The Engineering Graduate Program at Volvo Group Trucks Technology is a global 12-month program, offering the perfect mix of on-the-job learning and dedicated development modules.
You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while working on real business challenges linked to digital transformation, data analysis and automation. Throughout the program, you will also strengthen your communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

How you will make an impact
As an Engineering Graduate – Data Analyst (Automation & Digital Solutions), you will play a key role in the digital transformation of Complete Vehicle France, a department responsible for vehicle verification, validation and prototype deliveries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing data to generate actionable insights and identify improvement opportunities
- Preparing, cleaning and structuring data to enable efficient analysis (Python, SQL)
- Developing automated solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency (e.g. Power Apps)
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to visualize data from multiple sources, including vehicle data (e.g. Power BI)
- Collaborating closely with Data Scientists to support advanced analytics, simulations and models
- Acting as a link between different teams, ensuring that digital and automation solutions meet business needs
- Contributing to the promotion of best practices in data management, analysis and automation across the organization

You meet the following requirements
To qualify for the Engineering Graduate Program, you:
- Hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) completed no more than 18 months before the program start
- Have no more than two years of full-time professional experience after graduation
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken (French is a strong asset for this position)
- Have initial experience with data analysis and programming (Python, SQL)
- Are familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Have an interest in automation, digital tools and process optimization
- Enjoy working in cross-functional and collaborative environments
