Renault Trucks is looking for an inspiring, experimented, and strong People & Culture (P&C) leader willing to embrace the wide and exciting area of people and culture! From cultural transformation aspects, strategic competence, and talent development to day-to-day operational support to business, you will have a fantastic opportunity to impact genuinely and contribute to RT's successful future.

 

You will be the key P&C partner for RT Central functions (marketing & customer satisfaction, strategy, sustainability & communication, electromobility) and be a permanent member of the management teams. You will sit in the heart of RT's transformation journey towards electromobility and be supporting approximately 250 people based in Lyon with one P&C Business Partner in your team.

 

In this role, together with your team member, you will be responsible of the following:

 

  • Support & develop management teams with the relevant P&C agenda:
    • Advise, challenge and coach on leadership, competences & talent development, performance management, employee relations
    • Lead strategic workforce planning activities for your scope
    • Structure organization design & development activities aligned with the transformation journey
    • Ensure the management of actions emerging with electromobility business (upskilling, recruitment of new roles, retention of E-mobs and new skills...)
  • Contribute to Renault Trucks P&C strategy development aligned with RT's 2030 ambitions & ensure implementation with the business
  • Lead change management initiatives & culture development that promote a positive, engaging & collaborative work environment
  • Drive and secure annual P&C processes (performance, salary revision, engagement, talent)
  • Ensure day to day operational support to managers and respective teams, provide guidance and support in the application of Volvo Values and the Code of Conduct principles, follow-up KPIs achievement 

 

In addition, you will be responsible to lead a strategic cross functional workstreams that will support RT's 2030 strategy deployment across the full scope of RT BA (approx. 2500 people international).

 

You?
 

  • A significant and successful proven experience in:
    • Driving all aspects of human resources area
    • People management and transformation journey, ability to drive change management & business transformation initiatives
  • A true business acumen and interest in understanding business challenges
  • A strong leadership with ability to motivate, engage, influence, and inspire trust & confidence
  • A hands-on approach, capable of quickly switching between strategic thinking and operational work
  • A capacity to build networks in multicultural environments
  • An operational efficiency, problem solving mentality, result oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, emotional and situational intelligence
  • Autonomy, proactivity & source of proposals
  • Fluent in English & French

 

This position will report to senior vice president P&C Renault Trucks.
