Your role
As Master Data Analyst at Renault Trucks, you will enhance customer experience and business performance by improving master data quality. You will analyze key data across markets, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights in collaboration with stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Master Data Management and business stakeholders, you will align priorities and support data-driven decision-making. Your role also involves driving continuous improvement, supporting communication with key users, and contributing to the master data strategy across the organization.
You will report to Head of Master Data management, in the Renault Trucks Sales Area Europe department, though your scope will cover the entire Renault Trucks Business Area (50%) and will work support more especially the Sales area Europe (50%).
This dual focus offers a unique opportunity to influence both strategic and operational aspects of the business, gaining broad exposure and impact. The role also offers opportunities for professional growth within Renault Trucks.

Your main activities
- Analyze and understand (master) data performance from business perspective
- Provide based on data performance recommendations on the ways to improve
- Support Processes and Business and markets stakeholders in the understanding of their performances
- Provide recommendations and follow up on the progress and continuous improvement initiatives in the markets and central functions
- Bring your expertise and share the best practices within the internal network
- Support the relay of the Master Data Management team towards the business and key users community in the markets
- Contribute to the deployment of training and information related to data quality tools and processes
- Contribute to improvement initiatives and projects involving master data improvements
- Be an ambassador of the quality of Master data to support customer experience and business efficiency.
- Drive change in the way of working and the consideration of master Data across the company, supported by a communication roadmap.

- Proven track record in data Management is a plus and an exceptional attention to data health
- Technical proficiency in Office 365, Visualization software - Power BI and other data analytics tools
- Experience of the transport/trucks industry and dealer network and working with Dealer Management Systems in Europe or experience in a Service Support role is much appreciated.
- Good communication skills and confidence in liaising with a varying level of stakeholders. Able to explain in a well formulated way and educating approach.
