We are looking for a Program & Supply Capacity Manager M/F for a permanent position in Lyon or Gothenburg (Sweden).

At Group Trucks Purchasing you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large

Program and Supply Capacity team is part of Resilient Supply Network & Project Management, a global organization within Volvo Group Purchasing with holistic responsibility over the Product Project portfolio, Program & Supply Capacity Planning, Supply Partner Development (SPD) and Crisis and Risk Management. 

 

What you will do 

 

As a member of S&OP networks, you will represent Purchasing in S&OP relevant meetings and stakeholders’ committees.

Your responsibilities in this position will be:


• Prepare and consolidate the GTP S&OP answer and be the volume plan referent.
• Consolidate Mid Term capacity plan for the main components of your scope.
• Manage Capacity questionnaire completion to support a data and fact-based S&OP answer.
• Interface with all required stakeholders (e.g. GTO, Brands…) to anticipate capacity and flexibility needs.
• Organize internal GTP communication concerning S&OP, Long Term Volume Forecast, capacity and flexibility, major plant production rate adaptation as well communication with supply partners when it comes to capacity and flexibility needs.
• Participate as needed in Commodity Purchasing management meetings.
• Represent GTP in relevant GTO forums.
• Participate in Risk Management Committees.
• Contribute to Program supply capacity management and S&OP process development.
• Be a member SNR & PM - Program and Supply Capacity management team.
• Work in accordance with the GTP processes and the Code of Conduct.
