We are looking for a seasoned leader, able to work with Renault-Trucks management Team, who combines strategic vision with operational rigor, inspires teams over the long term, and creates a direct impact on Renault-Trucks’ transformation for the benefit of its customers.

 

 

Your mission

 

As Director Quality Management System & Customer Voice,

  • You shape Quality & Customer Experience at Renault Trucks, at a moment of deep transformation for the company and the industry, and contribute making a tangible, measurable difference on business performance, reputation, and customer loyalty
  • You embed a “process-driven” and “customer-centric” culture across the organization, uniting our teams around operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • You strengthen a collective discipline in process execution E2E for the sake of a better performance, reputation, and customer loyalty
  • You support turning customer voice and dealer feedback into powerful drivers of progress.
  • You hold Renault-Trucks’ voice,  influencing Volvo group’s roadmap on Process & Customer Experience.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Contribute defining Renault-Trucks’ Quality and Customer Satisfaction strategy, along with its objectives.
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency of the Quality & Environmental Management Systems (Q&EMS).
  • Oversee internal and external audits plan (ISO 9001 & 14001) and manage relations with certification bodies.
  • Lead Management Reviews and anticipate mid-term Q&EMS evolutions.
  • Ensure processes are documented, deployed, and controlled end-to-end, with customer satisfaction as a guiding principle
  • Drive a company-wide continuous improvement approach, working closely with Process Owners and operational teams across Sales Areas.
  • Deploy and animate customer satisfaction measurement tools (VoC, NPS, surveys, analytics), and support Sales Areas and Markets in transforming customer feedback into concrete improvement actions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team, building both their skills and leadership.
  • Act as an ambassador of quality and customer culture across Renault-Trucks, inspiring, mobilizing, and engaging teams in all functions.

 

 

Reporting & Collaboration

 

  • Reports directly to the VP Customer Satisfaction, Renault Trucks.
  • Works closely with the Renault Trucks Executive Committee and their teams.
  • Partners with the Director of Sustainability, Renault Trucks, on environmental policy and associated objectives.

 

 

Profile We’re Looking For

 

  • A recognized leader, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Proven senior-level experience (5–10+ years) in Quality management and/or Operational Excellence roles within the automotive industry or a related sector.
  • Previous Customer Satisfaction / Customer Experience expertise is a strong asset.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and their application across the full value chain.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and in driving continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset, able to turn customer insights into performance levers.
  • Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (both required).
  • Higher education degree (Engineering, Business School, or equivalent).
