What you will do
We are looking for Wiring Harness 3D engineer to join the electrical team in EMD Business Unit. We are responsible of the development of the wiring harness and the integration of electrical components for the BU
As part of the wiring team, you will:
- Define Wire harness packaging, routing and attachment strategy
- Coordinate and drive CAD design activities, collaborating with wiring engineers, core teams and colleagues in Bangalore
- Collaborate with plants and suppliers to introduce cost effective and easy to install harnesses
- Support current and new production design projects
- Analyse and fix issues related to harnesses
Basically, you’ll ensure that the truck wire harnesses are connecting all the devices in a reliable and producible manner.
Who are you?

- Skills Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree or technical background necessary
- Experience in Catia and/or Creo
- Experience in automotive electrical architectures and cables design
- Able to communicate in English (written and spoken - professionnal use)
- Technical curiosity and good communication skills
- Autonomous and able to work on several project in parallel
- Ready to work into a reactive and agile teams.
We are also interested in profiles of mechanical engineers who would be motivated to develop their skills in the field of electrical wiring harnesses!
