New opportunity at Renault trucks international of Service Quality Manager – North Africa for a permanent contract. Location: Lyon.
The position requires travel for approximately one week per month.
What you will do:
At Volvo Group, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large:
• You will coordinate the aftermarket service quality for our North Africa region, covering Morocco and Tunisia.
• In this role, you will ensure that our private importers receive the highest level of support, focusing on minimizing vehicle downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• You will oversee the implementation and compliance of service processes in line with our brand standards, act as a technical reference for heavy vehicles, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
• You will collaborate closely with importers, technical teams, and cross-functional colleagues to guarantee that our service sites deliver excellence every day.
Your future team
You will report to the Market Director of North Africa, covering the countries of Morocco and Tunisia, and will be part of the Africa and LAPAC Aftermarket Team, within RT International organization, in close contact with Aftermarket at Sales Region International level.
You will join a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service quality across international markets.

Who are you?
We are looking for a profile that combines the responsibilities of an APV Engineer, Field Service Engineer, and Technical Support specialist for a dealer network in the automotive sector.
This role requires at least five years of experience in aftermarket service, preferably in an international environment, along with strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles and related components. Proficiency in diagnostic tools such as Techtool, Argus, and the Baldo tool is essential.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and French, as well as a solid understanding of transport industry legislation and market trends. A business- and service-oriented mindset, supported by a strategic vision, is key.
Strong analytical skills are required to interpret data, draw conclusions, and implement effective actions through proper delegation. Finally, the role demands strong communication abilities and the capacity to build solid relationships with importers, managers, and technical teams.
