Senior Data Analyst – Power Platform
Role description
As Senior Data Analyst in Power Platform, you apply the principles of data analysis to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate our Citizen Developed solutions i.e. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other products within the Power Platform and beyond. As a member of our team, you will be required to pivot quickly and wear multiple hats. In this role, you will be a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert and work with regional support and are expected to participate in and lead different upskilling initiatives on Power Platform
Who are you?
• B.S. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• 2 years of proven work experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model Driven App)
• 2-3 years' experience within Power Automate, approvals, business process flows, custom connectors and API integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and XrmToolBox, or equivalent
• Strong experience of development with Microsoft collaboration stack including Power Platform, Office 365, Azure AD Connect, & SharePoint Online
• Experience with API and REST services integrations
• Knowledge of the following program languages C++, C#, Java, Java script.
• Experience with agile development, working in teams.
• Practical knowledge of software development lifecycle and tools
• Strong customer value mindset
• Great communication skills
• Innovative, self-driven, strong technical focus combined with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Enjoys working in a highly cross functional team, contribute to a positive team spirit and you like taking responsibility for the results.
• Being a support resource that is frequently requested for by colleagues within the Volvo Group’s IT community
• Upskilling/reskilling colleagues that show an interest in Citizen Development related skills
Highly Desired
• Power Apps Component Framework knowledge
• Experience with Power Apps Virtual Agent and RPA Power Automate
• Previous work with Azure Devops & Azure Functions
• Experience with scripting
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics / PowerApps in a development capacity.
