Solicitamos: Analista Contable

Objetivo de la posición: Tiene función principal de colaborar, analizar y proponer los métodos y procedimientos para realizar los registros contables, tributarios y financieros de la empresa, garantizando que todos sus procesos están debidamente documentados y al día; Entrega completa de las conciliaciones de forma mensual, con calidad y respetando las políticas. 

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contabilidad (titulado)
• Experiencia: 2 – 5 años trabajando en empresa multinacional de servicios financieros
• Idioma: Inglés Intermedio

Actividades:

• Responsable de la gestión contable cuentas intercompany incluyendo internal mark-up y las facturas de shared services
• Realizar la gestión contable de los prestamos intercompany y externos, incluyendo analisis de cost of funds y corrección monetaria
• Responsable de la gestión contable integral, que incluye: el registro y seguimiento de ingresos por identificar (cuentas suspense), así como del activo fijo con aplicación de la normativa IFRS 16 cuando corresponda y del control de inventarios, incorporando el tratamiento de gastos por incautación
• Registro contable reservas y write off de la cartera
• Encargado del reporte VGCS (SAP) para todas las unidades operativas de VFS México, así como del control, conciliación y verificación del IVA, incluyendo su cruce con los libros de compras y ventas
• Apoyo con otros temas de impuestos (retenciones, declaraciones, impuestos diferidos)
