Solicitamos: Customer Service Specialist

 

Objetivo de la posición: Brindar soporte integral y seguimiento a las operaciones de los programas VDSP y Cross Dock, asegurando una gestión eficiente de pedidos, compras, facturación y reclamos, mediante una comunicación constante y efectiva con distribuidores, proveedores y equipos regionales.

 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en áreas de cadena de suministro o a fin. Titulado
  • Experiencia: 2 - 3 años de experiencia en cadena de suministro
  • Idioma: Inglés Avanzado

 

Actividades:

  • Gestionar la comunicación y coordinación con dealers, distribuidores y proveedores para los programas VDSP y Cross Dock.
  • Brindar soporte comercial y operativo al equipo regional en actividades relacionadas con vendors y tiempos de entrega.
  • Administrar la facturación de las líneas de vendors, asegurando estados de cuenta actualizados y la entrega oportuna de facturas a distribuidores.
  • Solicitar y dar seguimiento a pedidos de vendors y Cross Dock, incluyendo procesos de importación y coordinación con el área de PDC.
  • Monitorear y resolver reclamos por daños o faltantes de material mediante iClaim, generando las notas de crédito correspondientes.
  • Revisar y controlar órdenes abiertas (Open Orders) con proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de entregas.
  • Elaborar reportes operativos y de control requeridos por el área de controlling.
  • Actualizar y mantener las herramientas de control, incluyendo SharePoint y correos funcionales, para la correcta gestión de vendors y solicitudes.
