Solicitamos: Practicante de Dirección Comercial

Objetivo de la posición: El/La practicante de dirección comercial es responsable de proveer soporte y facilitar en tareas administrativas a la dirección y equipo comercial para lograr eficientar nuestros procesos y obtener mayor agilidad a través de la reducción de tiempos con la finalidad de ayudar a mejorar la experiencia del servicio de nuestros clientes internos y externos.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Licenciaturas en áreas económica administrativas. Titulado(a).
• Experiencia: Experiencia de 0 - 6 meses de experiencia en actividades administrativas, soporte comercial o atención a clientes.
• Deseable: Excel Avanzado / Power BI
• Idioma: Inglés Avanzado

Actividades:

• Generación de reporte ejecutivo por Dealer y BA con información de (Volumen / Penetración Retail / Penetración seguros / Incentivos / UDIS / Líneas de Plan Piso)
• Apoyo en la preparación de reportes y presentaciones mensuales y trimestrales recurrentes
• Elaboración y mantenimiento de dashboards comercial a través de Power BI y Excel (forecast, pricing, operational dashoard, dashboard de gastos)
• Apoyo para desarrollo de proyectos para desarrollo de nuevos productos y/o mejora de procesos del área comercial
• Mapeo de procesos y análisis de mejora continua (PDCA)
• Generación de proyectos a través de Power BI, herramientas de Power Automate y Power Apps
• Apoyo en la elaboración de Estrategias y Campañas de Marketing del área comercial, así como coordinación de material digital y físico para eventos.
• Generación de reportes de seguimiento a integraciones por dealer y BA
• Generación de reportes de seguimiento a líneas de crédito aprobadas no dispuestas

• Lunes a viernes

• Lugar de trabajo: Volvo Santa Fe, CDMX (Base - Presencial)
