Solicitamos: Practicante de Crédito.

Escolaridad: Licenciaturas en áreas económico-administrativas.

Experiencia: 3 a 6 Meses en actividades de mesa de control y revisión de documentos financieros. 

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio/Avanzado).

Objetivo de la vacante: Garantizar el adecuado otorgamiento de financiamiento a través del análisis de crédito integral, con eficiencia y con estricto apego a las políticas y procedimientos locales y globales, de esta manera contribuir al correcto desarrollo del negocio a través del cumplimiento de los Key Performance Indicators; y desarrollar estrategias de optimización y mejora de eficiencia en el área.

Actividades principales: 

• Recibir y revisar expedientes para análisis de crédito.
• Recibir, revisar y entregar información para prevención de lavado de dinero al área de Formalización; previa elaboración del contrato.
• Enviar e-mail y realizar el seguimiento de faltantes al área comercial de VFS y en caso de ser necesario también a distribuidores y áreas de negocio.
• Trámites de pago a proveedores (Buró de Crédito, agencias de investigación y otros proveedores de Crédito).
• Consultar e interpretar Buró de Crédito de expedientes en integración como prefiltro para análisis de crédito; así como llevar el control de recepción de formatos originales para las respectivas auditorias.
• Realizar el alta de los clientes, avales y propietarios reales en el sistema operativo, como su debida actualización.
• Procesar en sistema operativo la cotización final para elaboración de contrato y su envío al área de crédito.
• Administrar la bitácora de operaciones.
• Detectar operaciones completas para ingresar a análisis, armar la programación de Comité de Crédito, revisarla con el gerente de crédito y enviarla diario.
• Elaboración de reportes operativos del área de crédito.
• Solicitar y dar seguimiento de verificaciones de sociedad o propiedades en registros públicos, realizadas por agencias de investigación externas.
• Dar seguimiento con el área de formalización para que el dictamen de las personas morales este actualizado y de acuerdo con el resultado del dictamen verificar posibles cambios que pudieran afectar la estructura del crédito.
• Actuar como soporte en las actividades de Crédito, cuando así se requiera.
