Your new team:
Service Operations (SO) is part of TTI. Every day, we deliver operational excellence to our customers through smart logistics solutions. Our mission is to develop, manage, and optimize the aftersales supply chain for all Volvo Group brands, ensuring our customers’ success in a sustainable way.
What you will do
- Identify solutions and monitor Volvo customer orders to handle emergency requests;
- Perform delivery follow-up routines, including updating order status;
- Negotiate lead times with suppliers to meet customer needs as quickly as possible;
- Propose solutions to automate processes and analytical routines;
- Execute controls using visualization tools (Power BI);
- Perform data analysis and act according to customer needs using the Lean methodology (VPS);
- Deliver training to the dealer network, both online and occasionally in person.
Who are you?
- Education: Degree or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics (e.g., lead time management, supplier relationship and negotiation);
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, etc.);
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Spanish is a plus;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Proactivity, curiosity, and ownership attitude;
- Commitment to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
