What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for international customers and Volvo distribution centers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across different functions and countries.
- Resolve operational deviations quickly, always focusing on the best customer experience.
- Coordinate export processes, documentation and logistics activities.
- Monitor international shipments, anticipate risks and drive timely solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and continuous improvement.
- Transform customer needs into practical, sustainable and value-adding solutions.
- Contribute to projects that strengthen our Customer Service operations and digital transformation.

- Comfortable explaining complex topics in a simple, clear and customer-friendly way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Business or related fields.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Spanish with a working knowledge and willingness to continue developing the language.
- Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Customer Service.
- Knowledge of export processes, including international transportation, documentation and Incoterms.
Working Model
This is a 100% on-site position.
The role has a hybrid work location, with activities carried out between:
- Volvo Distribution Center – São José dos Pinhais
- Volvo Plant – Cidade Industrial de Curitiba (CIC)
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility when required to support customers across different time zones.
